Once the assessment is complete, we schedule an intake date and assist with transit coordination to our ECR beachside facility in Chennai.
Yes, absolutely. Under our strict privacy policy and the rules of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 (MHCA), all inquiries, assessment findings, and patient records are kept strictly confidential. We do not share information with any third parties without explicit written consent from the client or their designated representative.
We strongly encourage family involvement as it plays a key role in long-term relapse prevention. Family therapy sessions and visits are scheduled based on the clinical progress of the client and are pre-arranged with the attending psychologist.

We coordinate all logistics, including scheduling the intake date, coordinating transport from the airport or railway station, and preparing the medical team for detoxification if required. Our goal is to minimize stress for the family and ensure a seamless entry into a safe, healing environment.
